What's Happening Now?

Currently Dick Barbour Racing is partnered with Robertson Racing in the ALMS competing two Doran/Ford GT MK VII, the number 04 and number 40. The GT40 is one of the most recognizable, successful and best loved sports racing cars in motorsports history. The GT40 was the result and made its debut in the 1964 race. Two years later it scored the first of four consecutive victories ending Ferrari’s winning reign at La Sarthe. Today, the 21st Century Ford GT MK VII, a project initialized by Kevin Doran but subsequently overseen by Robertson Racing, remains a crowd favorite the world over. Featuring classic styling cues not seen since endurance racing’s golden age six decades ago, the Ford GT is for many the epitome of sportscar racing.
